The engineering strand of S.T.I.R. Robotics course allows students to gain an understanding of the engineering process,technical drawing and journaling as it relates to robotics.
Students learn to work as a member of a team
Students gain an understanding of robotics,its history,applications and evolution
Students build,program,and configure robots to perform predefined tasks
Students will practice solving problems using critical thinking skills, creativity, and innovation.
Students learn a variety of productivity and modeling software
Students may earn a place to compete in VEX IQ ,Technology Student Association(TSA) ,SECME ,or SeaPerch competitions
