Situational_Awareness_Room_303

All students must:

  • understand that SAFETY is always first
  • use goggle drive for storage
  • become a member of Onshape
  • pay the required lab fee
  • Correctly label all assignments that are to be turned in to Mr. Coppolo by following the correct “naming protocol” shown below. Projects not using the correct naming protocol may not be accepted or graded
  • use the correct emailing procedures (shown below) when sending assignments or corresponding with Mr. Coppolo. WARNING: Emails that are sent incorrectly will by default be directed to the wrong email mailbox,which is not viewable by Mr. Coppolo.
  • Remember that it is the responsibility of the student to keep track of their assignments and of ensuring that Mr. Coppolo has received their project.

Due dates

  • All projects/assignments have a due date,which normally falls on a Friday of each week.
  • The majority of projects can be turned in after the due day with no penalties or reduction in grade
  • Some projects will have a “hard due date”,which means they must be turned in on or before the due date. If the project is not turned in on time a grade of “Z” will be given
  • for the purpose of improving their project grade students have the ability/opportunity to revise projects that have already received a grade
  • students have the entire nine weeks to work on completing and turning in their assignments
  • no projects can be turned in on or after the “close of the grade book “ date. NO EXCEPTIONS

Naming Protocol

All projects/assignments must be labeled as follows:

Last Name,First Name_Project Name*

* the Project Name is found in the grade book
